Complete the Registration Form

Choose Your Booth Location

Select your booth based on your budget and your preferred position within the expo venue. Booth placement is flexible, allowing you to choose the spot that works best for your business.

Initial Payment

Secure your booth by paying 30% of the total rental cost. This initial payment reserves your space and ensures your participation is on track.

Step 5

Assessment Period

Over the next 7 working days, our team will carefully review your registration to ensure all requirements are met. This review process ensures a smooth and successful exhibition for all involved.

Step 6

Response Notification

After the review, we will notify you of the status of your registration. If approved, you will be prompted to proceed with the remaining payment to finalize your participation. If, for any reason, your registration is not approved, your initial 30% payment will be fully refunded to you.

Final Confirmation

Once full payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with logistical details, setup information, and helpful tips to make the most of your presence at the Expo.
